- New power distribution systems and electrical panels on each floor.
- This project features state of the art lighting controls in addition to bluetooth technology built into the light fixtures.
East Edmonton Health Care Centre
Ground up construction of a new health care center and renovation of a historic adjacent building.

- Renovation of an existing school which was converted to a health care centre adjacent and connected to the new health care facility.
- This facility featured a large underground parkade and features a backup generator emergency power system.
- 2.5 year project.
Don Wheaton Family YMCA
Don Wheaton Family YMCA – Ground up construction of a downtown community Health and wellness center.

- Ground-up construction of a Health, Fitness and Aquatic Centre in the heart of Downtown Edmonton.
- This project features an underground parkade directly below the new facility. The location of the project added to the logistic challenges in building this beautiful project.
- 1.5 year project
AMA Kingsway
Ground-up Construction of the Alberta Motor Association in Kingsway, Edmonton.

- This large facility features state of the art, underground geothermal heating and a large emergency generator and back-up power system.
- The lighting controls feature light and motion sensors throughout the building to capture the most energy savings possible.
